Terms of use.

§ 01

The service

loom is a general AI agent offered as a hosted product — research, writing, planning, code. We try to keep it up; sometimes we fail. We will tell you when we do.

§ 02

Acceptable use

Use loom for the work you need to do. Do not use it to produce harassment, deception, or anything illegal. Voice profiles must be built from work you have a right to use.

§ 03

Outputs

You own what loom drafts, plans, and writes for you. Edit it, ship it, archive it. We claim no byline.

§ 04

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account. We will not bill you again. Your work remains yours and is exportable for 90 days.

§ 05

Governing law

Disputes, should they happen, are settled under Tokyo jurisdiction. We will do our best to avoid them.
